Based in Leicester, this role offers the opportunity to join a thriving principal contractor with a strong reputation in the façade remediation sector. The business has a secured order book through to 2027, with projects ranging in value up to £22 million, covering stadiums, residential high‑rise schemes and commercial blocks. Due to continued growth and a solid base of repeat clients, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to help deliver this workload.

The ideal candidate will have a background in fire remediation or experience with a cladding contractor, bringing a strong understanding of complex building envelope schemes and the challenges of occupied and live environments.
