Job summary

A leading Main Contractor in Greater London seeks a qualified Site Manager to oversee a new build residential development. Responsibilities include coordinating various trades under the guidance of a Project Manager. Ideal candidates will have a CSCS Card, SMSTS/First Aid certifications, and experience with residential projects. This role offers both permanent and freelance opportunities, starting as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is required.
• SMSTS and First Aid certifications are necessary.
• Previous experience with a Main Contractor is ideal.
• Experience within residential new build and refurbishment projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M and E and finishings trades/packages.
• Work under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Our Client are a leading Main Contractor who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a existing new build residential development.

You will working underneath a Project Manager as a no.1 Site Manager -coordinating M and E and finishings trades / packages.

Role available to start asap

The Client will Consider both Permanent and Freelance candidates
