Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Site Manager for a project in Watford, working with a renowned broadcasting company. Job description

Overview

Site Manager required for a Fit Out Company who have a Project based in the Watford area working for a well known Broadcasting company. The Site Manager will be required from Mid September througn to December and it is likely that the job will extend beyond that.

Site Manager Requirements

The Site manager will need to have Contract Management experience along with:

• SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card
• Ideally have an NVQ in Site Management
• First Aid Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness Certification

Site Manager Responsibilities

Site Manager Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the overseeing:

• Installation of scaffolding
• Installation of steelwork.
• Crane lifts

Other responsibilities will include management of Sub-Contractors, day to day liasion with the Client. Working hours are 0700 to 1600 and you may be required to work at weekends during certain times of the project.

Site Manager Remuneration

You can work either through CIS or Limited Company and your pay rate will be (Apply online only) per day (although this rate may be negotiable)
