A leading educational institution in Elstow is seeking a proactive Site Lead to manage site operations and oversee a small team. This role involves general repairs, health and safety compliance, and liaising with contractors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills, strong IT proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. Salary ranges from £30,334 to £36,672 depending on experience, with full-time hours, and a permanent contract including generous holiday provisions.
Elstow School is seeking a proactive and hands‑on Site Lead to join our dedicated Site Team. The ideal candidate for this physically demanding job will be an individual with good handy‑person skills and eagerness to carry out the work in an efficient manner. The Site Lead will oversee a small team and carry out general repairs and maintenance, liaise with contractors and suppliers and ensure our School maintains a high level of health and safety.

Salary: AS 15-25 £30,334-£36,672 dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (52 wks, 25 days holiday, plus 3 days holiday between Christmas & New Year)
Working Pattern: 37 hrs per wk, Monday-Thursday 6:30am-2:30pm, Friday 6:30am-2pm (30 min lunch break)
