Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Severnside is seeking a Site HR Manager on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract to lead the people agenda on site, partnering with operations to create a high-performing, inclusive workplace and to shape the colleague experience from recruitment through to exit.

You’ll deliver the full employee lifecycle, coach managers on policy and performance, drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, and use HR data to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
• Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
• Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
• Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience
