Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in the UK is seeking a Site HR Manager to shape the colleague experience on site and drive the people agenda in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead recruitment and onboarding, partner with unions and site leaders, coach managers on people matters and policies, and use HR data to boost engagement, wellbeing and inclusion across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR activities with knowledge of policies and legislation.
• Strong GDPR knowledge for handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience in manufacturing environment beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coach managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
• Build relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders.
• Coach and support managers on people matters, policies and best practice.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site.
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession activity.
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.

• Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
• Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
• Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience
• Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
• Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
