Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Site Human Resources Manager for the Droitwich Depot to lead the full employee lifecycle and steer the people agenda on site. You will partner with site stakeholders, support unions, coach managers, and drive wellbeing and inclusion in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on data-informed decisions, workforce planning, and delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience in a competitive dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation.
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit.
• Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals.
• Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice.
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site.
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance.
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity.
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.
