Müller Milk & Ingredients is seeking a Site HR Manager for a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract at its Severnside site. You will drive the people agenda on site, lead the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with operations to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation.
• Ability to train and coach stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to interpret data and use insights to influence decision making.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit.
• Build strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals.
• Coach and support managers on people matters, policies and best practice.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site.
• Use HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession activity.
• Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.
