Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients is seeking a Site HR Manager on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract at Severnside. You will lead the full employee lifecycle and partner with site operations to drive the people agenda in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coach managers, analyze HR data, ensure GDPR-compliant handling of information and build strong relationships with unions and stakeholders. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with policies and legislation.
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and use data.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
