Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Droitwich is hiring a Site Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle on site. You’ll partner with operations to shape the people agenda, recruit, onboard, coach managers and drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.

This role requires strong HR generalist experience, solid knowledge of HR policies including GDPR, and the ability to analyse data to influence decisions. Manufacturing experience and ability to work with trade unions will be an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation.
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
• Build relationships with site stakeholders and trade unions to support goals.
• Coach and support managers on people matters, policies and best practice.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives on site.
• Use HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession activity.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.
