Job summary

A leading cable manufacturer is looking for a Site Installation Engineer in Bristol. The successful candidate will oversee Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and cable pull-in operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have strong experience in HDD and Microtunneling, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining project specifications and facilitating seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HDD and Microtunneling in infrastructure or energy projects.
• Knowledge of trenchless technology and HDD construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with site HSE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of HDD and cable pull-in operations on-site.
• Support Site Manager in subcontractor activities from mobilization to demobilization.
• Act as point of contact for client representatives on-site.
