A facilities management solutions provider is seeking a Site Services Technician to ensure the efficient operation of facilities in the UK. This full-time role involves planned and reactive maintenance across utilities and infrastructure, along with managing maintenance records and supervising contractors. The ideal candidate has a technical qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities services. A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills are essential, with opportunities to support site improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or site services.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of site services (HVAC, electrical, water, compressed air, utilities).
• First-line support for facilities and infrastructure issues.
• Manage helpdesk requests and maintenance records.
