Great news! We have three fantastic opportunities for the role of Site Expert Trainers to join our Learning and Development Team.

We’re looking for Individuals who can collaborate across departments to design, implement, and sustain training materials that enhance operational capabilities and competency levels. You’ll ensure training documentation and shop floor practices meet the highest standards, support onboarding, validate skills, and drive continuous improvement in training processes. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining excellence in food safety, quality, and operational performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training within food manufacturing or FMCG, with strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills, with the ability to assess skills, provide feedback, and support trainers in delivering high‑quality learning.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented approach, comfortable with continuous improvement, and adept at using learning management systems and training software.
• Extensive process knowledge and practical experience within a food manufacturing environment.
