You will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and compliance standards. Acting as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide guidance, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements. Accountabilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and amendments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve or expedite contractual issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Maintain and update contract files, databases, and reporting systems.
• Track and report on contract metrics to provide visibility and support project governance.
• Assist in designing and implementing process improvements to enable timely contract execution.
• Provide support and guidance to study teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in law, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management within healthcare, clinical research, or a CRO environment.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
