You will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and compliance standards. Acting as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide guidance, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to high-impact clinical and operational projects. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on contract management, making it a pivotal function in supporting project success and organisational growth.

Accountabilities
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and amendments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve or expedite contractual issues efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Maintain and update contract files, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Track and report on contract metrics to provide visibility and support project governance.
  • Assist in designing and implementing process improvements to enable timely contract execution.
  • Provide support and guidance to study teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in law, business administration, or a related field.
