Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising engineering or facilities teams in a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and CAFM systems.
• Experience in health and safety compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Implement operational policies to meet contractual obligations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and productivity of staff.
