A leading maintenance provider in South London is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to manage scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks for HVAC systems in a large hospital. Responsibilities include fault finding, repairs, and building strong client relationships. I am currently recruiting for a good all‑round air conditioning supervisor with experience of the planned and preventative maintenance of all types of equipment and systems from all the major manufacturers, based in the South London area. Working for a medium sized M&E maintenance provider, the role involves carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, responding to reactive breakdowns, fault finding and any necessary repairs on call‑outs to specialist air conditioning equipment and general HVAC systems within one of London's large general hospitals.

Experience: good all‑round air conditioning supervisor with planned and preventive maintenance of all types of equipment and systems.
Certifications: current F‑Gas Safe and City & Guilds Refrigeration & Air Conditioning certification or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience and a high level of hands‑on experience with leading manufacturers of air conditioning systems, including Close Control Down‑flow & Up‑flow units, Spilt A/C, VRV’s, VRF’s, Chillers, Packaged Units, Fan Coil Units, AHU’s, etc.
Strong relationship building with clients and ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time.
