A healthcare provider in Southend-on-Sea seeks experienced senior nurses for full-time roles in their Adult Community Team. Responsibilities include patient care management, team mentorship, and ensuring drug security. We have an opportunity for experienced senior nurses to join our Adult Community Team, based out of Fair Havens hospice, located near beautiful Priory Park.
This service runs across 7 days, and there is a requirement for some bank holidays, evening, and weekend working.
At present, this role does not involve any night working, however, candidates should be aware that there may be a requirement for this at some time in the future.
Candidates would need to hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
We have 2 full time (3 x 12.5 shifts per week) roles available.
You will support and manage our community team members during a shift to enable patients care needs are met, being responsible for assessing the needs of patients, implementing and evaluating the care plans provided.

Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
