SIMS Administrator

Full-time 5 days per week at secondary schools across the London Borough of Merton.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised SIMS Administrator to join a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Merton. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys being at the heart of school operations.

The Role

As a SIMS Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of student data and school systems. Working closely with senior leaders, office staff, and teaching teams, you will support the effective day-to-day running of the school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate student records using SIMS
  • Producing reports, data analysis, and census returns
  • Supporting admissions, attendance, timetabling, and assessments
  • Ensuring data protection and compliance with GDPR
  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership and pastoral teams
  • Acting as a point of contact for data-related queries within the school
