Job Description

As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team Leadership: Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team\'s potential; monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom; address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively; foster positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals; implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles; collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing; oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom.
• Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations and dealership policies; manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, financing, and warranties.
