CareCo is seeking a Showroom Manager for our Brierley Hill Showroom. You will lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring store operations run smoothly from 09:00 to 18:00 on a 5‑day rota.

You’ll manage stock, cash handling, and training, with a focus on visual displays, compliance, and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary plus bonus, 24 days leave, on-site parking, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of meeting sales targets through proven selling techniques.
• The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and external business partners.
• Demonstrate excellent Retail standards on the sales floor including layout, product display and POS/graphics.
• Experience in the effective management of stock control and sales transactions procedures.

Salary:Competitive depending on experience plus bonus
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days
Shifts: Monday to Sunday rota, between 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Brierley Hill Showroom, DY5 1HR

As a Showroom Manager, you will:

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
• Encourage and motivate your team to meet objectives and sales targets
• Effectively manage your team including planning rotas, delivering training and cascading information from other departments and local market
• Manage the stockroom to shopfloor replenishment process
• Ensure cashing-up, banking systems and sales transactions are completed accurately

About You

To be considered for the position of Showroom Manager you will need:

• Proven experience of meeting sales targets through proven selling techniques
• The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and external business partners
• The ability to demonstrate excellent Retail standards throughout the sales floor including layout, product display and POS/graphics
• Experience in the effective management of the compliance of company procedures and systems relating to stock control and sales transactions
