Job summary

CareCo is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Preston showroom. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build customer relationships, and identify upselling opportunities while guiding customers to the best product solutions.

You will demonstrate product use, including dismantling and lifting, and play a key role in hitting showroom targets. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with a Monday–Sunday rota, 09:00–18:00, at our Preston Showroom.

• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual.
• An empathetic, caring and patient approach.
• Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system.
• The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products.

Sales experience is not an essential requirement, but you should be comfortable and confident interacting with people to sell our products and meet Showroom targets.
