CareCo showroom in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to welcome customers and provide expert guidance on mobility products. You will help visitors try products, answer questions, and tailor recommendations to individual needs in a friendly showroom environment.

The role emphasizes building rapport, learning product details, and meeting showroom targets while delivering confident, approachable service to a diverse customer base.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service as the showroom ambassador.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and preferences.
• Identify upsell opportunities while considering customer needs and showroom targets.
• Demonstrate product usage, including assembly and lifting where required.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week over 5 days

Shifts: Monday to Sunday rota, between 09:00 – 18:00

Location: Stockton-on-Tees Showroom, TS18 2LR

Our Sales Advisors are the face of our business. As a Sales Advisor, you will:

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times


• Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs


• Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic


• Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting

About You

To be considered for the position of Sales Advisor, you will need:

• Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience


• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual


• An empathetic, caring and patient approach


• Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system


• The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products

Sales experience is not an essential requirement, but you should be comfortable and confident interacting with people to sell our products and meet Showroom targets.
