CareCo is seeking a Showroom Manager for our Brierley Hill Showroom. You will lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring store operations run smoothly from 09:00 to 18:00 on a 5‑day rota.

You’ll manage stock, cash handling, and training, with a focus on visual displays, compliance, and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary plus bonus, 24 days leave, on-site parking, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of meeting sales targets through proven selling techniques.
• The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and external business partners.
• Demonstrate excellent Retail standards on the sales floor including layout, product display and POS/graphics.
• Experience in the effective management of stock control and sales transactions procedures.

Responsabilités

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times.
• Encourage and motivate your team to meet objectives and sales targets.
• Effectively manage your team including planning rotas, delivering training and cascading information.
• Manage the stockroom to shopfloor replenishment process.
• Ensure cashing-up, banking systems and sales transactions are completed accurately.
