A leading snacking company in the UK is seeking a Shopper Marketing professional to manage customer-specific marketing plans. The role involves liaising with key stakeholders and agencies to ensure strong visibility and engagement of brands. Ideal candidates will have experience in the FMCG sector and shopper marketing, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires travel for customer meetings and promotes a positive, enthusiastic team culture.

You own and manage our customer specific shopper marketing plans to deliver best in class, category leading execution ensuring our brands our visible, engaging and exciting our shoppers from sofa to store, priming, directing and converting them at point of purchase.
You will liaise with a variety of key stakeholders both internally and externally, developing our plans, articulating the rationale and selling and negotiating media space and plans with customers and agencies.

You will be required to travel to customer and agencies for relevant meetings (circa 2-3 times a month but more if required during busy periods)
