Shipping Coordinator

About the Position

Reporting into our Head of Supply Chain, our Shipping Coordinators play a key role in managing the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our global network. They take ownership of our daily open order and shipment file, ensuring on‑time delivery performance and coordinating freight movements across the UK, Middle East and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete our open order and shipment file on a daily basis.
• Ensure adherence to our KPI for on‑time delivery.
• Raise freight POs for all freight movements and coordinate these with our freight forwarder and finance team.
• Work directly with the Warehouse team, Supply Chain Team, and Sales teams in the outbound delivery of orders to the UK, Middle East, and Australia.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of Business Central.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A desire and passion to deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Experience with M365 required to carry out this role, with excellent written and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with international freight (sea and air) within a freight forwarding company or in a similar role.
