Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience in retail or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity and promotes the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs and communicates with manager.
• Assists with partner training and coaching as needed.
• Delivers legendary customer service by putting the customer first.
• Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follows cash handling and safety procedures to ensure partner safety.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Provides quality beverages and products by following recipes and standards.
