Job summary

Starbucks Lincoln – Roman Gate Drive Thru is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist the store manager in executing daily operations during shifts. You will help deploy partners and deliver the Starbucks Experience for our customers.

You will build positive relationships with the shift team, provide coaching, and ensure safe cash handling and high service standards. A year of customer service experience in retail or food service is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager to execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude and respond to customer needs.
• Follows cash handling and safety procedures to ensure secure operations.
• Organises opening and closing duties and maintains regular attendance.
• Fosters a positive team environment and coaches partners as needed.
