Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist the store manager in executing daily store operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and model Starbucks guiding principles to maintain the customer experience.

You will coach partners, promote a positive team environment, and ensure cash handling, safety, and standard procedures are followed while delivering legendary customer service.
