Starbucks Wisbech -Cromwell Rd DT is seeking a part-time shift supervisor to assist the store manager in running store operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy partners and delegate tasks to ensure the Starbucks Experience for customers is consistently delivered.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, provide coaching, deliver legendary customer service, and help open/close duties while maintaining attendance and safety standards.

Competenze

• 1 year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Assist store manager during scheduled shifts to execute store operations.
