Job summary

Starbucks Norwich Hall Road DT is seeking a shift supervisor to assist the store manager in executing daily store operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and model our guiding principles to create the Starbucks Experience for customers.

You will lead a small team, ensure smooth opening and closing routines, monitor service standards, and coach partners to deliver legendary service while maintaining safety and quality.
