Job summary

Starbucks in Rushden is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensure beverages are prepared to standard, and deliver outstanding customer service under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You’ll supervise and train team members, take ownership of shifts when the Store Manager is away, and uphold brand standards, quality, and safety while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
