A leading rail engineering organization in Liverpool is seeking a Shift Production Manager. This role involves leading technical teams, managing performance, and ensuring the safety and compliance of rolling stock operations. Applicants should have a Level 3 engineering apprenticeship and experience in maintenance. Location: Liverpool
Salary: £61,699 (including shift allowances), rising to £65,328 upon probation completion
Hours: 35 hours per week, shift-based (including nights and weekends on a 24/7 rota)
