Five Guys Bournemouth is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations on the restaurant floor, coach the team and ensure every burger and fry meets our high standards while delivering a friendly, above‑the‑line guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience in a high‑volume hospitality or QSR setting, a passion for guest satisfaction, and leadership to motivate the crew through busy shifts. We offer rewards, development and a supportive team culture.
