Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager to lead service, manage a high-energy team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will work hands-on on the dining floor, supporting the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of management experience in a busy hospitality setting, a passion for guest satisfaction, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 1 year of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Customer satisfaction: obsessed with guest experience and able to drive engagement and positive reviews.
• Financial responsibility: understand basics of running a profitable shift and managing crew breaks.
• Leadership: hands-on leader who motivates the team during busy service.
• Operational excellence: knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, hands-on on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering great burgers and fries with an above-and-beyond guest experience.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with company values.
• Ensure every order delights the customer and address complaints promptly.
• Run smooth shifts while embedding company values in the team.
