Job summary

Five Guys is looking for a Shift Manager in the UK to lead daily operations and a dining team. You’ll be hands-on on the line, ensuring fast, friendly service and consistency in burgers and fries while upholding our values and standards.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage crew breaks, and support the General Manager to create an energised, high-performing shift environment with opportunities for growth. A competitive bonus program is available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Track record of delivering customer satisfaction and strong Mystery Shopper results.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, working on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager to deliver excellent burgers and fries and guest experience.
• Create an environment where the team enjoys coming to work and upholds company values.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and resolve complaints promptly.
• Make sure each shift runs smoothly and aligns with values.
