Five Guys in the UK is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations on the dining floor and kitchen, ensuring fast service and top-quality burgers.

You will mentor crew, manage shift staffing, uphold food safety standards, and embody our values—competitive, enthusiastic, family, get it done and integrity. This is a team-focused, high-energy role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven track record delivering strong guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front and being hands-on, working on the line and on the dining area
• Supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries and above-and-beyond guest experience
• Creating an awesome working environment aligned with our values
• Ensuring every customer is delighted and handling complaints openly
• Managing each shift to run smoothly and uphold values
