Greggs in Aberdeen is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager is away. You will inspire and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operation across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-through channels.

You will oversee shift execution, prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment. Previous supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment is preferred.

• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice for our customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
