Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a store crew across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will be responsible for running the shop when the Manager isn’t present, guiding the team, and ensuring customers have a brilliant experience.

Ideal candidates will bring natural leadership, reliability, and a passion for service. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
