Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop in the UK. You will support the manager, motivate the team, ensure great service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, and handle duties during a manager's absence.

You’ll prioritise customer experience, manage stock, ovens, displays, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Previous supervisory customer-service experience is preferred, with a collaborative, inclusive approach.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Experience supervising in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain shop standards.
