Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shop operations across multiple channels, including in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru. You will oversee the store when the Manager is away, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on every shift.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, preparing products, maintaining presentation, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment. Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer-focused setting is preferred,
