Job summary

Greggs PLC in Scotland is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy store and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll support the Manager, motivate the team, ensure excellent standards, and oversee in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-through channels.

You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, and keep displays stocked to deliver a brilliant customer experience. You’ll be reliable with natural leadership and able to supervise a team on varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating shift coverage.
• Ability to oversee shop operations when manager isn't present.
