Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in delivering high-quality burgers and fries while leading a busy team. You’ll coach crew, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth shift operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, managing breaks, and fostering a positive culture. This role offers promotional opportunities and benefits with a customer-focused brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to lead by example and motivate crew.
• Strong focus on guest experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Understanding of waste reduction and shift profitability.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries and an above-and-beyond guest experience.
• Create an engaging, positive working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and handle complaints promptly and honestly.
