Job summary

Five Guys in Bolton is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead daily operations, work on the line and in the dining area, and coach the team to deliver burgers and fries to Five Guys standards. You will support the General Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every customer leaves happy.

You should have at least 1 year of management experience in a busy hospitality or quick-service environment, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a practical grasp of food hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and coach a team.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and fulfilling Five Guys standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the line and dining area to model performance.
• Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries and a great guest experience.
• Create an engaging shift environment aligned with Five Guys values.
