Five Guys is hiring a Shift Manager in the UK to lead front-line operations, supervise a busy service and support the General Manager in delivering the Five Guys standard of burgers and fries. You’ll coach teammates, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain a high-energy, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Leadership: demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team.
• Customer focus: obsessed with guest experience and delivering enthusiastic service.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, work on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries and above-and-beyond experience.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Ensure every customer is delighted and handle complaints openly.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and adherence to company standards.
