Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of management in hospitality, a passion for great food, and a track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Managers and Crew, hands-on on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers & fries and store results.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with company values.
• Ensure customers are delighted with orders and handling complaints openly.
