Job summary

Five Guys is hiring a Shift Manager to lead from the front on the line and dining area, supporting the General Manager in delivering the perfect burgers and fries and an exceptional guest experience. You will foster a positive, energetic team environment and ensure shifts run smoothly.

You should bring a proven track record in high-volume hospitality, a passion for customer satisfaction, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven ability to run a busy shift and keep energy high.
• Obsessed with guest experience with strong Mystery Shopper results.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the line and in the dining area.
