Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Shift Manager to support the General and Assistant Managers in running a high-energy, customer-focused restaurant. You will lead a team on the floor, coach colleagues, and ensure every shift delivers Five Guys standards and a memorable guest experience.

You’ll manage operations during busy periods, promote food safety, and uphold our values—Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done—with flexible evening and weekend availability and opportunities

Formación

• At least 1 year of management experience in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front, manage the line and dining area.
• Support General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries and above-and-beyond service.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and uphold company culture.
