Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR setting.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to manage shifts, control costs and reduce waste.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor and on the line.
• Support the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries and a top-notch guest experience.
• Create a positive shift environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and staff cover breaks.
