Five Guys is recruiting a Shift Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will lead from the front on the line and dining area, coaching and directing the crew to deliver the Five Guys standard of burgers and fries with a guest-first approach.

Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, maintaining a positive working environment, resolving customer concerns swiftly, and ensuring shifts run smoothly while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR setting.
• Strong focus on guest experience and delivering a positive customer journey.
• Understanding of shift budgeting, crew breaks and waste control.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor and dining area during shifts.
• Support the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries and a great guest experience.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with company values.
• Address customer concerns promptly and honestly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and adherence to safety standards.
