Job summary

Greggs Plc in Poole is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't around. You'll motivate the team, ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, and deliver a brilliant customer experience.

You’ll supervise busy shifts, set high standards, prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent shop standards and results.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked and the shop is clean and presentable.
• Support the shop when the Manager is away and maintain operations.
